    Does anyone have a guide about what size you should print photos? Basically, I have a few digital cameras, and I would like a 'guide' on what print sizes should go with the MP rating on the camera. I want to print as big as I can without losing quality.

    I have a high end printer that prints REALLY nice photos, and the printer can print up to 14X20...

    Not that I really know much about the subject, but I've made quite a few 8x10s in the past that have come out beautiful while shooting at 4.0 megapixels :dunno:

    2mp = 5x7
    3mp = 8x10 (with little to no cropping)
    4mp = 11x14 (with little to no cropping)
    5mp = 13x19 (with little to no cropping)

    this is just a genreality. SLR's will always be able to print larger files, becuase of the larger image sensor. My old 3mp D30 slr could print 11x14 that were sellable

    If you've got a high quality printer, why dont you just try some of your 4mp shots at different sizes and see what you like?

    Personally I've turned a 5mp into a 36X28
