    Here are my picks

Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic ( Croatia ) vs. Josh Barnett ( USA )
Kazushi Sakuraba ( Japan ) vs. Ken Shamrock ( USA )
Sergei Kharitonov ( Russia ) vs. Fabricio Werdum (Brazil/Spain)
Quinton “Rampage” Jackson ( USA ) vs. Hirotaka Yokoi ( Japan )
Murilo “Ninja” Rua ( Brazil ) vs. Murad Chunkaev ( Chechen Republic )
James Thompson ( UK ) vs. Alexandru Lungu ( Romania )
Henry “Sentoryu” Miller ( USA ) vs. Zulu ( Brazil )
Makoto Takimoto ( Japan ) vs. Yoon Dong Sik ( Korea )

I'm most excited about the Saku/Shammy fight. I'm picking Shamrock. He's very strong, has equal stand up, but better subs IMO.

FYI Alexandru is a giant Judoka.

I pick sergei to win, and to be honest I dont really know what to think of Barnett... I think the fact he hasnt been in the ring in a year will play a role

    Thanks!

And on that fight, it could just as easilly be a coin toss... I gave a slight nod to Takimoto based on the fact he has a little more experience and an actuall win in MMA.

No doubt Sik is being setup to lose this, Pride obviously wants the Japanese guy to win over the Korean.

I will be rooting for Sakuraba. Call me a nut hugger but this is the guy who got me into MMA, I've been on his bandwagon for a long time and I ain't jumping off any time soon.

He's one of the sport's greatest ever. I question whether or not his age has caught up to him. However he has trained with Silva at chute box. :eek4: But Shamrock's last loss was due to a slip. We didn't really get to see if he's still got it or not.
