Sig p229 with Factory 40 S&W barrel and 357 sig bar sto barrel. Black stainless finish. 2 Factory Clinton Mags, and 3 Factory 12 rd mags. Great shape $525.00

    800rds down the tube.

planning on it to eventually be a CCW.

    good deal?

any particular problems that are consistent with this model other than the rental problem furner had the other day as per this thread?

even after my experience, i would still jump on that. put some time into it with some oil and solvent, polish up the crucial areas, and make sure its not the DAK action, and you are good to go.

Buy it. That's a pretty good price with the extra barell.

longer pull, no exposed hammer. some consider this an advantage, some consider it a disadvantage. i would suggest trying out the DAK before buying one.

Ah. I thought there was some technical issue I hadn't heard about. I have a 229 DAK and absolutly love it.

It does have an exposed hammer, btw. It just lacks a thumb spur.

word..the slide blasting back takes care of the first part...so its consistent with each trigger pull
