    damn, I wonder how powerlifters/bodybuilders compare with that kind of strength if they wanted to convert to that kind of thing. I know I cant even hold myself up like was on the vertical poll.

    Helps to be shorter than average for some of it. I can almost pull myself vertical from the ground and do a hand-stand pushup. Currently I can only do it about 1/2 range of motion for a couple reps and with my legs making about a 70 degree angle with the ground (not quite full hand stand). I'm not even close to being able to hold my body completely horizontal off the ground and doing pushups on my arms only.
