On Tuesday I did 4x12 @ 250
This morning I did 2x20 @ 260 on squat which killed me
Nice going. Lower those reps and get your weight up!
What amazes me is you doing 3 plates on power cleans. I can barely do 5 sets of 1 plate plus 5 pounds!
Normally we do but Fridays is a different type of work out(I squat right under 500lbs). We have longer to lift so the reps go up. They try to kill us since we have several days to recover
It kinda goes along with being a college football player, they arent really a everyday lift. It is good that you are doing them at all though

You def. have shitloads of explosive power. I couldn't even imagine me cleaning 315. I dl that for christ sakes.
speaking of explosive power, i was watching athens clips and seeing the 125kg class snatch 450+ lbs, oh my god

105kg+. There's no 125kg class. And Reza's snatch was ~210kg (462lbs)IIRC. Insane.
