    its crazy that the bar actually speeds up at lockout... its usually the other way around, when the shirt doesnt give as much support the lifter slows down - but his raw lockout strength is insane

    Big raw lifts are just so much more impressive to me than huge lifts with gear :dunno:

    Whether or not I've lifted in it is irrelevant when carryovers of 2-300lbs arent terribly uncommon.

    Very impressive. As main noted, his lockout strength on that bench vid is incredible. He moves those last 6 inches like someone just took 200lbs off the bar :eek3:

    For the record, I don't think I have ever insulted/put down/ downplayed the strength and ability of somone lifting in gear.
