Pretty decent 3-day-a-week routine..

    pretty basic and seems to be everything anyone could really need to grow and get stronger:

    Uh if you want a 3 day routine that is full body-ish just do Bill Starr. Not sure why you would, every week, do 1x20 Deadlifts.

    How many pumps of AIFM before each workout? Or should I do some both pre and post-workout?

    I like my 3 day a week routine better.

    I do 1) Chest/Triceps 2) Shoulders, Back, Biceps 3) Legs

    I generally do 2-3 excercises in each muscle group and mix it up with different free weights, barbell and machine lifts. I also make sure to incorporate major muscle lifts like squats, dead lifts, and bench and mix up up my isolation exercises.

    i saw great strenght gains and average maybe a little below average hypertrophy gains on bill starr. i switched to purs and i saw great hypertrophy gains and decent strength gains. ran bill starr for around 3 months consistently. im almost to 3 months on purs.
