What do you guys do in the days before a PFT to prepare? Do you completely stop doing anything like 3 days before so you're fresh for the actual test? What do you eat the night before a PFT? What do you eat for breakfast the day of a PFT?

i dont do a damn thing to "get rdy" for a pft. my last pft that i took for score, i hadnt PTed since the last pft, which had been like 3 months prior. hah. of course pmo works us into the ground.

but on a serious note, i would try and stop PTing about 3 days or so before the pt. food isnt an issue for me. last time i ate cereal and threw it up after i finished running. i heard oatmeal is good to eat before pt

I hear medics pound beers the night before, stay up all night, and stick themselves with IVs before a PT test.

Kind of makes sense, beer has massive amounts of carbs. Just hearsay though, no idea if it's true or not.
