[font=verdana, arial, helvetica]I've got an Avermedia capture card.. I'm trying to capture some clips from my camcorder via a/v output on my camera into the a/v input on the card (composite).

When I'm recording/capturing, I can hear the audio to the video perfectly.. but when I'm done and save it and play it back, there is no audio at all. [IMG]

    What am I missing??

But if I can hear it when I'm recording, shouldn't I be able to hear it in the final movie file?

    Not necessarily.

Once I recorded a video and there was no audio in the finished movie. The problem was I did not check auxilery in recording controls(my TV tuner had an audio cable that hooked into the auxilery input of my sound card).
