some guy was trying to tell me the program allows you to put on noticeable amounts of muscle and no fat whatsoever so it essentially does away with the traditional bulk/cut cycle.

I find this extremely hard to believe, but I've seen reviews (without much detail) that say its great.

    Thoughts?

ya. but the guy is claiming NO fat and lots of muscle on a diet without a caloric surplus. I buy some muscle is possible but not much, and not large amount

How about putting on muscle and losing fat? Bunch of FNers have done this.

you're talking about john berardi's precision nutrition. His stuff is pretty good and will work well for the beginners/high level intermediate lifters/dieters
