    yes thats rice crackers, raisins, PB and gummy bears.

    quite good if i say so myself, although the hard complexion of the cracker overcomes the gumminess of the bear. :o so chew thoroughly or else you might choke on a bear like i almost did :wtc:

    If it were chocolate chunks instead of raisins and gummy bears it could taste half-decent. I think bananas were created by Allah to eat along with PB during the Ramadan though, nothing brings out the muslim in me more than that.

    its really not that bad! gummy bear sweetness is pretty much all you taste and the peanut butter texture:o makes it somewhat pleasing

    :hs: i thought sugar was good for pre-workout, due to the high glycemic carbs? i might be wrong though :(
