pre work out cabs?

    anyone kinda carb up before working out. I getting drained towards the end of my work out but I'm also not eating much carbs in my diet right now trying to cut down. What do you guys eat before working out for a little bit more energy. Also how long does it take to use these carbs when working out. In other words when do you eat to take advantage of those carbs?

    I workout after lunch now, usually brown rice is included in that meal.

    I'm not cutting but yes I do load up on carbs preworkout, I have a hearty pasta meal ~1-1.5 hours before hand
