days that I have competitive sports on (hockey, soccer) what should my food intake look like? should it be different then other days to maximize performance?

I know good carbs, but eat a bit or a lot? and when exactly?

usually I can get in 2-3 meals before, so need an idea on what to eat, and if it will actually provide results, or I should just stick to normal intake

my normal intake is shit though and i'm happy with it :hsd: :hsd:

15 grapes before and after along with good carbs and protein. The grapes have something to do about glycogen...I can't remember.

Before I play hockey I usually eat pasta, and I try and eat as much pasta as possible without feeling sick. Eat protein after.
