    I doubt there is really a difference in effectiveness.
    I am merely wondering what you there, reading this right now, does.
    Do you take your Creatine before or after you work out?
    other times?

    half before half after.. dont know if it really makes a difference.. i believe it's really for the next day anyway.

    I would assume this is the best advice given that any powdered substance diluted with a lot of water can easily be wasted on a person with an empty stomach. Unless it can attach to something; it can come out as easily as it came in.

    I take my creatine after consuming Dextose/maltodextrin in the form of Spree candy on the drive home from the gym.

    i thought creatine was to give you more energy at the gym to recover faster inbetween sets so if thats true y would u take it after

    Doesn't have to be this anal. Protein + carbs is perfectly fine (tuna/meat sandwich, whey + oats, spaghetti with meatballs, etc).

    Well I need the insulin spike on the drive home or i'll nod off and crash. Then when I get home I consume my Creatine whilst making my PWO shake.
