Hi everyone, i was wondering if you fighters out there would be kind enough to share your pre-fight warm-up routines. I think this is a very important aspect to a fight, and am wanting all the imput i can get. Some things you could cover.: How long before do you start? What stuff do you do? How intense do you get? Do you do anything to keep warm during the walkout? and any other wisdom on the subject would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your responses.
