MMA Pre-Fight Warm-up routine.

    Hi everyone,

    i was wondering if you fighters out there would be kind enough to share your pre-fight warm-up routines. I think this is a very important aspect to a fight, and am wanting all the imput i can get.

    Some things you could cover.:

    How long before do you start?
    What stuff do you do?
    How intense do you get?
    Do you do anything to keep warm during the walkout?

    and any other wisdom on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

    I usually keep it minimal jump a bit of rope, some pushups, smack some pads and stretch. My focus is always on keeping relaxed getting some blood flow into the major muscle groups and getting some heat into the joints. Pre Fight I like to do stuff that keeps my mind occupied hanging out and talking shit with my friends I personally only have that nervous energy until the fight starts so i like to keep that bit to a minimum.
