    225 ass to the grass squat.

    325 deadlift.

    That plus some heavy gms and shoulder press wore me the hell out. I went to sleep at 8 last night and slept til 6 no problem. I could probably sleep some more too.

    Thanks man. It's coming, slowly but surely. Only been 3 months too since I started lifting. :wiggle:

    I was doing a MWF split with one of the big 3 each day, but as of Dec 2nd I've been doing Christopher's modified Bill Starrs.

    The gym was so busy on monday that there was literally a queue of people waiting to use the bars and racks. I did all my other lifts that I could but some shit came up and I had to leave before I could DL. So I just moved it to Wednesday.

    5'10" 190lbs. I'm a weakling for my weight, im pretty fat too.
