Powerlifting VS Olympic Lifting?

    what are your thoughts?

    i have been doing powerlifting for about a year now and i recently started working on some of the oly lifts and they are very fun. i dont know which i would like to stick with... i need help deciding

    yea i was thinking about that too. even if i do olympic ill still do a TON of squats/deadlifts... and not so much bench. i searched for some oly federations for american youth but i couldnt find any. do u guys know of any?

    it determines how much testosterone you produce naturally and if you need to get on some test, or its not gonna be worth it.

    If you are going to do oly lifting, stop doing bench press. It hinders overhead flexibility, which is needed for doing full snatches. Otherwise be content with doing powersnatchs form a long time...

    with the amount of overhead work i would be doing i wouldnt even need to train bench really. another 15 year old i know how is a very dedicated oly lifter, he benches very very rarely and can do 307 raw.

    dont do olympic or powerlifting cuz u dont have enough test... i would find someone with some test-e and deca... you can do compete some day laxxer but u need more test. find some good stuff man
