Got a question for you guys. I am currently registered for the 220lb class. I wake up and piss and get on my Tanita digital scale and for the last week I've been 219.X or 220.X. I am pretty close so I'm not all that concerned but I was just curious how accurate these digital scales are? I plan on going to the first day of the meet and brignign my scale and setting it next to the scale they have at the meet and compare weights. Do you guys have any tips for dropping some water weight without sacrificing strength? Also what do you guys eat the day of the meet? Any other tips? Its my first meet and I'm pumped!
