    Hows the training going?

I'd like you to post your goals.

    Short term, this year.

To total over 1320lb at 198lb bodyweight.
    Deadlift 550lb
    Squat over 500lb
    Bench over 300lb

    Long term,

To slowly gain weight and compete in the 242's, I want to total over 1800lb when I get there.

By the end of this year (pretty damn optimistic, but I'm still a noob, so decent gains) @ 6'2" 195 now, hopefully 220 by then
    DL 455 (currently 365)
    Squat 405 (currently 335)
    Bench 255 (currently 185 :o )

edit: and maybe to buy some gear, I have no clue what I could do in that case though.

I haev no intention of getting any until I hit at bare minimum those goals... and even then, I agree it seems pretty silly.

They are also fitted to within an inch or 2 of the size of your chest/arms/ legs, right?

to finally compete in a meet! i go to school in freaking NH and meets are so far from me....can't really fit it into my schedule.

as far as numbers go, by the end of this year:

    @ around 165 bodyweight
    squat: 450...i'm at 380
bench: 300...i'm at 230 :wtc: i really need to bring this up!
    deadlift: 500+...i'm at 450

    but that's pretty ambitious.

i dunno something like that. you fill out a form with your messurements and they send you one that is supposed to fit. my first shirt wasnt anywhere near fitting so I had to get a 2nd.

    For June 10th AAPF Florida's:
    At least 750/505/615/1870 @ 275

For August 5th Southside Barbell Push/Pull
    At least 540/650 @ 260

Remainder of the year... keep getting stronger, move to double ply shirt, get bodyweight to a solid 250 with an emphasis on BF reduction

I'm right around 600 raw and it keeps going up, i just hit a rep PR in my first session after a 3-week break of heavy squatting... just got my Metal Pro and my briefs will be here monday.

I'm the strongest raw I've ever been - I need to get a little more shirt work in and 5+ will be cake.

I'm still can't get 585 in a full rep for dead, but I finally got it in a pin pull and with the platform atmosphere, 6+ should be cake.

    • Bench 405+ (just want the 4 plates)
    • Squat 500+
    • Try out some equipment

    Goals for down the road:
    • Deadlift 700+
    • Bench 500+
    • Get my squat to within 50lbs of my dead
    • Build up to a stout 260-265 lifter

This meet I have next month, just gonna be conservative this time around, dont bomb out, and shoot for 1500. Something like 600/350/585

Last meet of the year in november-shooting for 1700
    something like 700/400/615

Only worried about my bench :(
