    This is my old training partner, huge Korean dude, weighs like 260 and benches 500 raw...He just requested me facebook and I saw his pics...

    How much weight is he slangin around nowadays?

    Squat looks like 3 25kg per side and a 20kg per side. + 50lbs = around 468lbs

    Bench looks around 358

    Looks like 689 pull if theres 5 25kg plates on each side

    The DL, if I counted the right amount of reds is 683.42056lbs

    Reds = 25kg
    Blues = 20kg
    2 clamps usually = 2.5 or 5kg

    kg = 2.2046lbs

    ah... wasnt sure if it was 50. The clamps usually weigh something, too

    you wouldnt expect a big, strong, intense motherfucker that could rip your arms out and beat you with them to be nice...usually that's the perception.
