powerbook isnt flat on bottom or something

    its a brandnew 3rd gen pb 12in and for somereason on perfecatly flat surfaces the powerbook is not

    should i take it back to apple store or something

    its annoying as hell

    Sounds like a design flaw. Is it heat that's causing it to bend?

    i amazingly have some dull/dead pixels on my 1 month old PB, im about to take it to an apple shop....havent experienced a case warp yet

    pretty crazy though cause i barely havent used; outside my house; i cant right my essays and shit its like a rocker :wtc:

    doesnt all apple hardware come with a 1 year or 6 month hardware warrenty? and you said ti was brand new right?

    happened to mine as soon as i took it out of the box...i sent it back. i'm not gonna pay $2000 for a rocking powerbook

    Both sides of mine are flat, but my screen doesn't sit level with the base. Oh well, I love it anyways.

    aluminum or not I agree with him -- for that much money it better lay flat. If aluminum can't do that, then apple needs to find something else.
