    :hay: guys

Just wanted to check in with a fix to a recent problem I was having with my DVI TiBook. (one month past the 3 yr applecare expiration :wtc: )

    * Would freeze from time to time -- mouse pointer wouldn't move, no response to anything short of holding down the power button to turn it off
    * Always crashed as above when trying to change Processor Performance in Energy Saver
    * Sometimes failed to wake from sleep -- screen stayed black
    * Sometimes would not boot at all, would not post or make "bong" sound
    * When it wouldn't boot, you could get it to boot after unplugging AC and letting it sit until cold (at least ten minutes)

    Reset the Power Management Unit

We don't usually have to worry about fixing our macs, but if you have a powerbook and it starts acting up, this is a really easy thing you can do when troubleshooting.
