More back less legs. Deadlift probably uses more muscles than the squat does, but they're both great exercises

Every few weeks or so. Used to do heavy cleans religiously last year but my goals kind of changed over the past year.

Oly lifts are known to work more on density rather than size. They were taking a toll on my wrists and that affected my other lifts. Decided to just focus on a conventional bodybuilding routine instead.

    those arent olympic lifts.

snatch and clean&jerk are the only two olympic lifts.

Quit being a smartass. They are a vital part of olympic lifts, just like the split jerk, the hang snatch, overhead squat, etc. Unless you were refering to the squat and deadlift he mentioned...

hell yeah. I clean and snatch twice a week. Power clean and power snatch on my heavy day, hang clean and hang snatch on my lighter intensity day. I enjoy it but the first few times it was hard on my rotator cuffs.
