I noticed i naturally keep my shoulders pushed forward, im trying to correct this as much as possible during my days.

Would adding in some extra back work correct this? The only back exercises I do are pullups and deads.

My shoulders do that as well. I have a couple exercises I do that seem to help, but I don't know how to explain them...

I will try. First one just stand up straight with your arms to your side. Bend your arms, but keep your elbows close to your sides. So your palms should be facing away from you. Then squeeze your scapulas together and try to touch your elbows together.

It also works really well if you do it while lying on your stomach...it's called Cobra pose if you wanted to look it up.

    rear delt work
    STRETCHING both chest and shoulder
rhomboids (any pulling exercise with focus on clenching middle and upper back while pushing chest out and pulling delts back

basically trying to have correct posture while training helps a lot.
also doing these type of postural flexing when not training, this can be done any time and probably should be done frequently

Exercises won't do much if you're not focused on correcting your posture the other 23 hours of the day. Try not to sit for more than 15 minutes at a time and if you catch yourself slouching then correct it. Also go here and read the Neanderthal No More five part series.
