First time posting in this forum. I've lurked for a little while. :) I am heading on a 6-7 week June 17-Aug 1 outing starting from Dakar and culminating in Brussels. I lived in Rome for 4 months but not nearly as mobile as this trip will be with Dakar, Morocco, Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Southern France, Paris, Normandy, The Nurburgring, Amsterdam, Lodnon, etc. Most of my time will be spent on the road, with hostels being the most often place to lay my head (hopefully). I will also be sleeping a lot on trains.

I need some advice on a packing clothes. How much of each? I'd ideally like to do sink laundry only twice a week(if that is reasonable). I'm not sure hot anti-microbial/quick drying clothes work or how well they perform. I like the REI button downs and polo's because I could wear them "out" at night and not feel like total shit. I also plan on doing morning runs and body weight workouts about 3 times a week.

I have a good pair of walking boots since I won't do any climbing. I also am bringing a new pair of Shox for running/working out/ goofing around, and of course, sandals. (not sure if leather would be the best choice)

    So far I am thinking
    4 - antimicrobial underwear
    3- Tshirts/Underhsirts
    1- QD polo
1- QD short sleeve button down
1- QD logn sleeve button down
    2 - QD Shorts
    1- Jeans or QD Pants
    1- Soft Leather belt
3- Carhartt summer Socks for boots
3- Athletic Under Armor heavy padded socks
    1- Light Weight QD Jacket

I'm planning on going to REI and getting another pack because my casual pack is too big to constantly carry around. Also picking up that steel mesh bag protector. Money isn't a huge deal. I like to buy once cry once.

I'm a newb, lay it on me.

Cliffs: 7 week summer trip to Morocco/Europe. Need advice on what is a realistic clothes list.

Nothing in there mentioned anything about bringing any weapon at all.

Figuring guys here would know what to pack from BOB experience. I will be carrying a leatherman wave with me though.

True, but this is the guns & related stuff forum. I was just a little confused on the relevance.

Should be. Hopefully get to shoot some illegal F/A weapons in Dakar.

I'll be living in Nantes France (east coast) for June and July and I'm going to travel on the weekends to most of the places you mentioned. When is the running of the bulls in Pamplona... I really wanna see that.
