no, that's probably a year into it. I was 130 lbs when I first touched a weight. I was about 180 there. the first picture is about 3 months of working out at about 150 lbs
after working out for a few months I took this, I was always too embarrassed to take pictures cause I was about 20lbs fatter before these.
I'd say you're gifted, motherfucker.

I just knew what I was doing from day 1. I was educated before I even started lifting, so I had the gist of it, it just came down to applying it

Only shirtless pic I have that is old. This was back in late 2003 before I hit the gym. 255lbs and a 41 inch waist.
This is 3 1/2 years later. 220 and a size 34 waist.
Mine is the worst so far. Everyone so far looks like they actually worked out.
My starting stats:
Bench - 15kg (that's about 35lbs) I actually couldn't bench the bar
Curl - 4kg per hand (10lbs)
Deadlift - first attempt was around 35-40kg I think.. roughly 80lbs
Squat - none existant
