Add 5 lbs
5'9 288. (damn you all, i'm working on it)
edit: probably closer to 5'10, though at this weight it hardly matters
5'6" 160 lbs
no pics online, yes i'm serious. my weight ALWAYS surprises those who see me as they always figure me to be 20-30 lbs lighter than i actually am. (i was 300+ a few months ago)
damn everyone is so tall
shit bro, it happens. you sorta reach a point where you just say fuck it and let it all go. thankfully i've caught it and and am working to fix it before i get sick (no diabetes/hypertension or other medical issues, YET. )
what did you eat every day to get to that weight?
hmm I just measured myself and I'm only 5'10
i let myself go freshman year...gained 30lbs...200lbs+...it was awesome
this will probably surprise you...
not that much. honestly. no breakfast, sometimes a healthy lunch, though a larger portion (not huge, just a footlong sub, for example) sometimes a burger. what really killed me was eating out for dinner almost every night. (your choice of italian restaurants / casual dining) it also sucks that my father owns an italian restaurant, so brick oven pizza owned me. (though again, not as often as you'd think) ultimately what caused the weight gain has been unhealthy habits like not exercising and eating poorly/at the wrong times.
i'm not a sweets or snacks person, i just ate a little too much, and certainly at the wrong times.
I remember those days
good progess then for only having worked on it for a few montsh
yeah, krav for about 4 months now, south beach diet for a little over 2 weeks. doing good, could be doing better.
slow and steady...freak weight loss would be harmful in the long run
establishing good habits > *
i can keep up with anyone in my class now, at this weight, i can only imagine what i'll be capable of in a year with much less
