    warmup - light stretching

    cooldown - nothing

im not really sure if i should be cooling down or not, i barely ever do a decent warmup either.

Mind you i was/am still a noob to the gym and was focusing more on the learning a routine aspect, now moving towards diet

My Gold's gym is about 1.3 miles from where I live, so recently I've been walking there and back for warm up and cool down. Before that I would just do an easy 3-5 minutes on a bike or rowing machine.

I generally don't warmup in any special way. On shoulder, chest, and back day I do some windmills to loosen up my rotator cuff. On leg day, I'll do some light stretching of my quads, hams, hip flexors, and calves.

Warmup: Usually light lifting/shoulder rotations and sometimes a couple minutes of stretching.

Warmdown: 5min of stretching and some type of cardio... usually throwing around a football or playing basketball.

Warmup, proceed to full weight as soon as I get to my designated machine or area.

Cooldown - This occurs as I am doen with my workout, walk to my car, roll down the windows and feel the breeze on my bald head.
