    carb slam is the hottest thing since sliced bread. waizy maize starch. nastiest fullest pumps ever.

    whey is pretty important for me, nice and convenient

    yeah i think its safe to say if i had to pick ONE supplement and one only it would be whey hands down or test

    honestly broseidon, i dont notice much of a difference with supps at all. i take creatine, beta alanine, and glutamine (was given to me) and the creatine ive had for about a year. the beta alanine because i figured id see what the hype was about. i dont think any of them have helped me as much as a good diet. when i run out i doubt ill get any more. maybe when i cut ill get some bcaa's just to help with recovery.

    funny you mention that. ive been on supplements since day 1 so i wouldnt know what it would be like to supplement nothing.

    i think fish oil, creatine, and a good multi vit are a must have imo.
