    Mini is now on the crt, PC is on the lcd, and the linux box runs headless when its on.

    lets try it again.. 12inch pb propepd on a math book cuz desk is uneven and the powerbook shakes terribly if its just flat sometimes..

    Very nice Halon, although I don't prefer Maxtor. I wonder if there is anyone that makes a stand for the PB that is brushed aluminum. When I see the plastic I think of the old G4's and old Cinema Displays.

    The iCurve is the best stand I've seen for the PB, it looks very good in person. It's very simple, which I like.

    I've never had a problem with Maxtor drives. The Maxtors are now connected to my Mini's and I have a 1TB Lacie attached to the G5.

    Zip, Zero, Nada. Both Mini's are less than a month old and both are being used.

    Check the Clearance section of the Applestore, they usually have pretty good prices on refurbished or older mini's. That's where I picked up the 1.25Ghz
