    Depends on the day.

    Tuesday, class from 11am-5pm
    Wednesday, class from 10am-4pm
    Thurs class from 11am-2pm

    Everything else is pretty sporatic. I try to workout MWF, but right now I'm doing TThSa because I skipped my workout on Monday this week. I just work out when I can, usually in the evening. Work is completely random. So from there I just kind of wing it.

    5:15 get home and drink a 1000cal shake
    6:00 drink cee/diarginine and drive to gym
    6:15 lift
    8:00 get home from gym and start cooking/cleaning
    9:45 bed

    my life sucks. The only time I actually interact with humans during the week is at work.
