I'm starting classes up in a week and looking to switch my routine up and flesh it out a bit now that I will have access my school's bigass gym. I'm looking to set up a 5 day routine, I already have leg day kind of set in stone because of track/cross country, but I want to get into a more thorough routine for back/arms/chest/shoulders than I already have.

The routine I do is a 4 day routine.
    One day, I do legs

    • squats
    • leg press, extensions
    • leg curls
    • calves
On another day, I do chest and tris

    • bench (barbell or dumbell)
    • incline
    • decline
    • fly machine or cable flies
    • maybe some wide grip dips
    • Cable pulldowns for tris, nosebreakers, regular dips
On a seperate day, I do back and biceps

    • Chin up/pull ups
    • Lat machine with the straight bar
    • Lat machine with the butterfly bar (not sure what its called, the bar that's two close grips together)
    • Row machine, cable rows
    • For Biceps, I do preacher curls, standing barbell curls, seated incline dumbell curls
And lastly, shoulders on a seperate day

    • Millitary press
    • Seated overhead press
    • Front deltoid raises
    • Lateral deltoid raises
    • Rear deltolid raises
    • Shrugs
    • Upright rows
I'm in no way an expert, but these are the exercises that have helped me through the years. It's a pretty basic workout, but gets the job done and would probably fit for the majority of people.
Also, don't forget to throw in some cardio if you want to look your best, but I believe you said your main focus was mass. In that case, make sure you are getting enough carbs and protien in your diet to accommodate for the stress you are putting on your muscles. The harder you workout, the more carbs and protien you will need to rebuild muscle.
