Taste is not really much of a concern, I'm looking to lose weight. Something that isn't too hard to make :hs: I'm a n00b at this.

    bowl of oatmeal
    tbsp flaxseed oil
    banana
    protein shake

tastes better seperate than mixing it all up... but if you need to get OUT THE DOOR for work or something cause you slept in, then the "all-in-one" shake is the way to go

I've lost a lot of weight on those and they taste better than Slim Fast to me.

My morning/post-workout shake usually looks something like this:

    - 4 Ice Cubes
    - 1-1.5 scoop(s) ON Vanilla Protein
    - 1/2 Banana (frozen or not)
    - Frozen Blueberries (1/2 a cup or so)
    - 1 Clementine Orange
    - 1 Container of Fruit Yogurt (80 calories per container)
    - Water/V8 Smoothie Juice/Orange Juice/etc...

Blend up 6 scrambled eggs, 4 strips of bacon, a cup of grits and some orange juice and toss it back.

    That's a breakfast shake.
