Ordered the new 500gb time capsule (dual band), needed an external HD and wanted a new router so I don't have to run an audio cable from the living room to the office in my new apartment with the airport express... Woot

not annoying at all. People were complaining about the controls when the shuffle was announced, but I think they are great. Obviously this iPod is made for workouts, and it's perfect for that.

    4.5tb
white one is gigabit plugged into the gigabit switch. allows access from anywhere
    large black one is fw800
next one is fw400, daisy chained into the fw800, as is a fw800 card reader
next ones are 1 and .5tb's usb2 plugged into the usb on the airport extreme

I'm going to move the .5tb off site with all client work on it

I bought an old school iBook G3 to browse on. $100 on eBay. It is in perfect condition. It could not have been used very much. :o

I don't know about those shells, they seem so cheap and flimsy.

Speck makes solid good fitting products from what I've heard. I'm just gonna pop it on for my gigs because it's too risky bringing it naked. :hs:

you do have a choice, you don't have to buy a new MacBook Pro. Could have gotten an older used model, or a refurb.
