Post your pre-workout meal

    im thinking of changing mine since its literally been the same thing for over 2 years.

    post your pre-workout meal and how long you wait to go to the gym after eating

    i don't have one :noes: i usually just make sure i'm not hungry before i go, i like going like an hour after a small/medium sized meal

    isolate protein shake and currently some muscletech pills that i got for free (they're the ones with the weird names) and water, about 16oz.

    45 minutes before.

    smoothie

    then lift about 45min-1hr later

    Morning Pre-workout meal:

    2 bowls of honey bunches of oats cereal, 2 cups of soy milk, apple, 4 CEE caps, and multivitamin.

    Afternoon Pre-workout meal:

    8 oz soy milk, 1 tea spoon instantized coffe, 2 scoops vanilla whey, 1 tea spoon peanutbutter, all in the blender...

    I usually grab a non-fat chai latte from starbucks on the way...lol...but i seem to have a great workout and my stomach doesn't get upset.

    6 eggs (1 whole) + 1 cup oats = 2 hours before
    1 scoop whey + banana + 8oz. skim milk = 30 minutes before

    full pasta meal

    ultra fuel drink

    never heard of that as pre meal. hows the energy during your workout?

    I usually eat breakfast (8 egg whites and 2 whole with ham and cheese mixed in + oats) and then 1.5 hours later take 1 scoop whey and head to the gym.
