    2cups of Skim Milk
    1cup of Yougurt
    1 Bananna
    2scoops of ON 100% Whey

    500 Cal and 70g of protein

    2 scoops ON whey or muscle milk
    2 big scoops of vanilla ice cream
    2 spoonfuls of natural peanut butter

    dont know the cal/protein content

    Because it has 5g of saturated fat in 8oz...and more calories, and more fat :dunno:

    and it slows down the digestion of protein which you don't want PWO.

    My shake is usually

    80g dextrose 40g protein. THen whole food as soon as I get home.

    2.5 scoops on whey protein
    300 calories/57.5g protein/12.5g carb/3.75g fat

    4 table spoons dextrose
    150 calories/40g carb

    3/8 cup maltodextrin
    142 calories/35g carb

    230 protein/350 carb/34 fat

    16 oz of carb drink (gatorade, fruit drink, anything with carbs) with 3-4g of creatine on my ride back home

    16 oz whole milk with 44g of whey protein as soon as I get home. Then a pre dinner snack, whatever it may be.

    50 g protein shake
    Bowl of oatmeal or ceral.

    Usally before supper so whatever, just a little protein and carbs for peace of mind that I put something into my stomach.

    Heres what I just made and i counted the cals

    2cups whole milk (300 cals)
    1/2 cup vanilla ice cream (160 cals)
    2 tbsp natural peanut butter (210 cals)
    3 scoops whey (360 cals)

    Total 1030 calories
    Protein ~96g
