    randomly didnt think this would give em so much energy....

    crepes (pancakes) with cottage cheese and apples/strawberries mixed in, powder sugar on top. dutch coffee post work out

    stairs 5 minutes warm up .16 km
    2 leg machine exercises 3 reps 20 times
    2 ring jumps 20 reps
    snatches 75% max 3x5
    powercleans bw for 15 singles
    run 10k

    i worked there when i was 15, the chicken is very safely handled while it is in the store. their grilled chicken is trimmed of visible fat, butterflied and marinated 24 hours before it is grilled (on a real grill)

    that's what i was wondering, i think it like 90% saturated fat....

    never been to chick fil a but the franchise cost is only5k$ not bad.. compared to other health palces liek subway 16k, cosi 40k.

    with chick-fil-a the store is still corporation owned (hence the low franchise cost) and you are the "operator"
