post your most difficult routine

    mine's back day

    deadlifts 10/8/6/4/2
    pulldowns 8/8/8/8
    seated rows with long bar 8/8/8/8
    bent reverse grip bb rows 8/8/8/8
    bent reverse grip db rows 8/8/8/8
    one arm db rows 8/8/8
    db shrugs 8/8/8/8

    legs are ok,
    squats 10/8/6/4/2
    sldl 10/8/6/4/2
    leg press 8/8/8/8
    leg curls 8/8/8/8
    leg extensions 8/8/8
    ghr 3 sets of mostly negatives :mamoru:

    i also like purevl's leg routine from awhile ago. might start doign that again

    superset - squats 10/8/6/4/2 + sldl 10/8/6/4/2
    superset - leg press 8/8/8/8 + ham curls 8/8/8/8
    calf raises
    ( might have forgotten something for the legs)

    yeah they go in a little bag with my chalk and a towel.

    the new hardest part out my leg day is i've shortened the rest time between sets.
