    Tuna is great obviously and I use that mostly but post other mid day snacks/meals that you eat. I eat at 5:50am, 9:00am, 12pm, 4pm (LOOKING FOR MEAL/SNACK HERE) and 8pm.

    Whats your mid day snack meal!?

    High carb day
    5oz of lean meat
    75g of carbs (oatmeal, sweet potato, rice)

    Med carb day
    6oz lean meat
    50g of carbs (oatmeal, sweet potato, rice)

    Low carb day
    7oz lean meat
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    some green veggie

    peanut butter + 2 scoops whey. :dunno:

    Fuck that, yolks are the best part.

    A little salsa, marinara sauce, bbq sauce, whatever on the eggs and they're even better.

    Slice of Wheat Bread
    Bottle of water

    then i fight a hammerhead shark in 3 feet of water to work off the bread carbs

    Milk + frozen banana + scoop of whey all in a blender. Great on summer days

    after-lunch/pre-dinner meal/snack (for weight loss though):
    15 cherries
    1oz walnuts
    3 cups plain popcorn

    1 fruit of some sort or 1/2 cup of berries
    1oz soy nuts
    1/2 cup high-fibre cereal


    some after-dinner meals/snacks:
    whole wheat pita + 1/3 cup hummus :drool:

    or 2 slices whole wheat bread + 2Tbsp peanut butter

    or 1 cup high fibre cereal + 1oz almonds

    or 16 whole grain melba toast rounds + 1/3 cup hummus + 1tbsp sesame seeds (I mix it with the hummus)

    or 1 whole wheat English muffin + 1oz < 15% mf cheese + 1tsp margarine (100% olive oil) on one side of the muffin

    cottage cheese with a chopped up orange mixed in there

    Protein shake and banana

    hardboiled eggs

    granola bar

    Those are the things i eat around that time regularly, as well as a few others
