Do you use your Axiom much?

I have the 25 key model. It's pretty sweet. I'm thinking about selling it and getting the 49 key model.

I didn't think that the VR would fit in the drive bays since the connectors are standardized. Have the drive installed somewhere else?

There are a few ways to put a Velociraptor in a Mac Pro. If you buy the retail VR, you have to unscrew the connector inside the MP and connect it manually. The second option is to find WD's new "backplane ready" VR which has the connectors in the standard location. The third option (which I went with) is to get the bare 2.5" VR drive and a custom drive sled from MaxUpgrades. Was $50 more but it slid right in like it was OEM.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ideastyle-15-4-...14&_trkparms=72:1205|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318 Its amazing, and everyone compliments it. Plus it doesnt smudge.

a random one from deviant art

developers version has been out since Julyish? Still a few bugs though, but I think it is faster than 10.5 and is worth it.

Yeah, after using it for a while I determined it is definitely stable enough to be ran as the main OS, but it will have some bugs that are just annoying.
