    I haven't posted numbers for a long time... I used to lift very very often in high school, but stopped lifting shortly after graduation because my membership expired and couldn't afford a new one at the time... at one point my big3 were 405/315/365. I started working out again consistently 3 months ago and most of the numbers have came back or exceeded old numbers... aside from bench/squat.

    6'6"
    218-220 lbs (on all scales but the one at my gym... the one at my gym says 215-216.. i'm guessing its the wrong one considering i've weighed myself recently on at least 5 other scales)
    ~12% bf

    squat: 315
    bench: 275
    deadlift: 380 (i was gonna go for 385 but wasn't really feeling it that day so i went for 380... probably could have gotten 385 though)

    and the lift of choice to post is... barbell shrugs: 445x3

    i'm surprisingly good at these (full range of motion before its questioned)
