    - Cheap supreme Pizza x 5
    - Dupont Yogurt x lots
    - Cottage Cheese
    - Whole Grain Wheat Bread (and sandwich fixings)
    - 2 Gallons of milk
    - Potato salad x 2
    - Lean Ground Beef x 2
    - Tuna x LOTS
    - Tuna Helper
    - Hamburger Helper
    - 90% fat free Ground Beef
    - 99% fat free turkey breast
    - Meatballs / Pasta / Sauce

    some sort of cereal to occasionally substitute in for my oats
    tortillas
    cheese
    bread
    romaine lettuce

    usually everything else just depends on if i'm out of it or not
