post your goals

    started off at 223lbs at roughly 33% bf
    211.5lbs as of yesterday estimated 29% bf
    for the estimates i used a lean body mass of 150lbs which i think is underestimated but i would rather use to little LBM in the calculations than to much LBM
    goal is 200 by may 1st
    realistically 195 by june 1st but i would love to be down to 190 by june 1st :x:
    whats everyone else's short term goals?

    At 13.3 percent body fat weighing at 138.
    want to hit 7% body fat weighing 145-150.
    Think it could happen?

    To be 180lbs at 8% (I'm 5ft 7 so I think that's a good size)

    Just over 170 at about 12%
    150lbs LBM and 20lbs of fat

    I want to be 180 @ 8% which is:
    165lbs of LBM and 14lbs of fat

    So I need to gain 15lbs of LBM while losing some fat... *hopefully* I can do it in about a year

    edit: I should mention that I have been 180lbs at 12% but I had a surgery which set me back and I lost over 20lbs :(

    by october, get in beach shape.
    by end of year, squat 315 1RM, deadlift 405 1RM, bench 225 1RM

    long-term i'd like to go from 165 @ probably 18-22% to 180 @ 11-13%

    Yeah it's coming back quicker than it did the first time, but it's not coming back instantly.

    600lb Dead
    500 squat

    I want to get to a leaner 250lbs from about 14-15%bf to about 10% or maybe for shits and giggles get to 270lbs at about 14-15%bf. Not sure if I'll be able to do this but it would be fun :)

    Ultimately (years from now), I'd like to be around 200-210lb @ 9% body fat (I'm 6'3").

    Bench: 300 for reps
    Squat: 400 for reps
    Deadlift: 500 for reps

    Right now, I'd like to be at 9 pecent at 150 since I know I'm not going to pack on much muscle before summer.

    Long term, I think maybe 165 at 9% ... I think much more would make me too big :dunno: I'm short.

    get into single digit bodyfat % while staying above 200lbs.

    Which is getting remarkably hard because i'm losing like 30% muscle while cutting.

    I would love to compete but I have retarded genetics so I'm just striving for my personal best. I think at 5ft7, a ripped 180lbs would be a good goal.

    5'7 crew signing in. 180 would be a great look for our height.
