    mine is...

    rep 315 few times on the bench
    hit 405 on squat and bring my deadlift up

    ...while improving my overall physique

    Hm well that is a decent amount of time..hopefully the elbows will be feeling great by end of summer so..

    Hit 280 bench, squat ~500, pull 600? I dunno, unrealistic maybe, who knows. dont care.

    put on mass and be leaner

    get to 300 on bench, back to old numbers in deadlifts ~400, and 350-400 good form squats

    do the CIBC Rune for the Cure 5k in under 20 minutes
    hit 300 on my bench
    hit 400 on my squat

    and above all else...GET SWOLE!
