Should probably post what time it is where ever you are...
6:40PM here, about to get some dinner...
Mine has everything I will be eating today...haven't ate the last PBJ sandwich or milk yet.
i had some chicken and some crackers and uh some protein powder and some ranch dressing and some fish oil
edit: and now i just had pizza and cheese sticks
i had a mad fit day.
legs, plyos, rock traversing and rolls/falls.
