    I am bored to death of the normal low cal food- anyone have any good recipes or suggestions?

    spinach
    most veggies
    boiled in chicken broth. :o

    Lightly seasoned catfish filet grilled on George Foreman-type grille.
    Steamed/boiled fresh grean beans.
    Rice-a-Roni makes a brown rice blend that I like.

    Quite generic, but my favorite.

    Sounds good- I hardly eat fish, all I remember as a kid is my mom feeding me it and having to pick bones out of it. :ugh: I really need to find some kind of fish I can eat- Thanks for suggestions

    You shouldn't have a problem with bones in catfish. But if you get salmon, the really thick stuff may have some in there. I rarely get bones in any kind of fish though.
