WinStatDir - http://windirstat.info/ - A great program for showing which directoried are using up all the space on your hard drives
CCleaner - www.ccleaner.com - a very thourogh cleaner that will clean up all the temp files on your hard drive and much faster than the windows disk clean up

ZipGenius. It does everything WinZip does, and it's free.

MWSnap. Handiest little screen capture app i've seen.

40 seconds total to open the program up, take this pic, and upload it.

Once the app is open, it only takes a few seconds to snap and save.

    miniMize is handy for workstations
Launchy (Already mentioned) is great. The add ons allow you to email from the prompt, launch batch files, command line work, etc.
