    Since I've realized I'm taking the wrong approach on DL I'd appreciate if you guys could show me some good form/weight/etc. I realize it's a pain, but I want to know what I'm doing wrong :hs:

    I didn't start doing deads until last year :o

    I think my form is fine, but I'm doing like 365x8-10 and it's leaving me pretty wrecked.

    truthfully, the best part of a dl is staring from a dead stop, so in essence a set of 5 should be like 5 quick singles. bouncing and not starting from a good position are like the equivalent of the guy reverse power cleaning his curls.

    same here. i start off like im gonna do a basic dl, then once i get the bar up off the surface, it becomes a SLDL:o

    so you guys do not more than 5 reps/set for DL's? time to up my weight :coolugh:

    mine also usually end up being a mix of SLDL's and regular DL's
