    5'8/160.

    i dropped some weight now, so probably less.

    5'10, 171lbs when I weighed at the gym yesterday.

    Bench: 265
    Squat: 245 (weak, I know - most I've tried)
    DeadLift: 205 (most I've tried so far - still not sure about my form :hs: )

    B: 275 (dropped 25lbs after extreme cutting)
    S: 355ish (Also owned by weight loss)
    D: :dunno: just reppin for now, will know next week maybe.

    EDIT: biceps and shoulders got incredibly stronger though

    not as much/definatly not as much/no where near what it was 24lbs ago

    6'1" 208--I was 228 2 months ago and all my lifts were way above what they would be now if I had enough energy to do them
