I tend to think that most canned chicken doesn't taste much different than canned tuna, is canned salmon good? What do you use it in?

Hey anyone try the new whey protein they have out right now. I'm not talking about the Pro-Rated stuff, I forgot what it's called but it's a 3lb whey protein isolate tub. I should know since I work there but does anyone have any insight on it?

    4) 1.5lb bag of kettle chips

just like tuna - eat it by itself

if you want, you can mix it in with pasta (better tasting than tuna, imo) or make salmon burgers

Their muffins are super good and you get TONS for the price, but those things are so ridiculously calorie dense.
Great for bulking though I guess if you need a quick 500 cals.
